Pricing FAQ

What counts as a "shop" or "branch"?
A physical location with at least one till. Two tills at the same address = one shop. Two locations = two shops, even if the same owner.
How does the free trial work?
30 days, full features of the Shop plan, no card required. After day 30 you pick a plan or downgrade to Starter — your data stays.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next month.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid month, then we freeze your data for 90 days. Re-subscribe within 90 days and pick up exactly where you left off. After 90 days the data is deleted.
Are card transaction fees extra?
Card fees are charged by your bank/acquirer, not by Alephor. Alephor records the sale; the terminal handles the swipe. M-Pesa fees are Safaricom's.
Do you offer a discount for paying annually?
Yes — pay for 10 months, get 12. Available on Shop and Enterprise plans. Contact us to set it up.
